The moment you enter this beautiful restaurant you know you are in for a fabulous treat. The interiors spell royalty a kind of Victorian Era. Everything is taken care of beautifully. Its quite spacious and you can host large groups for parties, business meetings, birthdays also have cosy dinners or lunch with your family and friends.
The staff is very cooperative and understanding about the requirements of the people dining there.
As I reached an hour late traveling out the way from Charni Road to Saki Naka (Mumbai Metro saved me sometime).Covering Brand Panasonic Store launch (Charni Road) to Delhi Highway for food review (Saki Naka) and I loved it. The first look, when I stepped into the restaurant, and I was relaxed.
The empty mocktail glasses were already making their way back to the kitchen. The guy attending us was quick enough and offered me Orange Twist Mocktail and it was worth every drop. Simply loved the Litchi Cooler.
The Chaat was varied with Dahi-papdi and Gol Gappa Shot. The Gol Gappa shots looked amazing and neatly placed on the shot glasses every one just loved it.
The one item that I liked the most in starters was the Classic Paneer Tikka. Broccoli Pesto Kababs were quite salty. The starters followed with Mini Tandoori Roll and Veg Seekh Kababs tasty and nice. Cheese Corn Tikki along with Naram Dil Kabab did stand out for their flavour.
The main course which took me by surprise was the Pindi Channa sizzler. Kept impressing us further with its quality and taste.
Then came the veg kadai, Shahi Mughlai Paneer and Punjabi Aloo Gobi. All equally good.
They do have a Thali which is amazingly good looking and awesomely tasty.
You can have unlimited veg Thai and have fun.
The time was right and the ambience was bright for us to relax with some delicious dessert and there came the keshri kheer served with Jalebi’s and how can I leave Moong Dal Halwa, a must when you are eating at Delhi Highway.
It didn’t stop there a special Delhi Lassi sealed the deal for us.
All and all a very good experience and best place to have veg delights at Saki Naka.
